To fulfill the lease obligation, all new and renewing residents are required to provide evidence of liability or property damage insurance at a minimum limit of $100,000. For the convenience of residents, we have identified an affordable insurance option: ePremium is an insurance program developed for multifamily residents. There is no application and acceptance is guaranteed for residents of this community.
If a current resident would like to find someone to take over their lease, they are required to advertise their own unit and find a prospect willing to take over the apartment in its current condition. Upon approval of the new residents’ rental application, the lease can be transferred out of the current residents’ name. The two parties must agree on a takeover date and there is a lease change fee of $200.
If you need maintenance, go to the resident portal on our website and fill out a request. You’re also welcome to call or stop by the front desk. If there’s an emergency, please notify the front desk immediately, or, if it’s after hours, call 1(866)765-8483.
