Our Message to Parents
We want your college student to be successful throughout their career at Western Washington University. At WWU Living, we help provide a solid foundation for your student’s productivity with a quality, well-designed and conveniently located apartment home.
Our maintenance staff are there to respond to your student’s maintenance issues quickly and professionally. WWU Living offers 24-hour emergency maintenance to ensure our residents’ comfort and safety.
WWU Living offers more than 10 unique floor plans so all of our residents can find an apartment to suit their needs. We have two, three and four-bedroom floor plans.
If your student doesn’t already have a roommate, we can find one! Students looking for someone to share an apartment with can fill out a roommate matching form, answering questions about what they’re looking for in a roommate. We then match students with the most compatible roommates.
While education is the main focus of your student’s college career, it’s also important to have fun along the way. At WWU Living, residents create life-long connections that will help them become even more successful. Our staff plans regular events, which range from pizza parties to gaming tournaments to resume-building classes. We also help keep our residents connected to events hosted by Western Washington University.

There is no application and acceptance is guaranteed for residents of this community.
If a current resident would like to find someone to take over their lease, they are required to advertise their own unit and find a prospect willing to take over the apartment in its current condition. The two parties must agree on a takeover date and there is a lease change fee of $200.
