Utilities: Monthly $100 flat rate for all units.
Flat Rate covers Water and Sewer. Garbage is the landlord's responsibility. Electricity and Wi-Fi are not included, and are a tenant responsibility.

I've never had an issue parking, they have enough garbage space for everyone, the appliances work pretty well, and there is not much noise from outside. I can hear the unit above us walking around which might bother you if you're a light sleeper. Overall a good choice if you want to live close to WWU.
